Safe and gentle Prenatal Yoga offered in a welcoming, nonjudgmental and interactive atmosphere.  Four classes offered per week, including evenings and Sundays.  All trimesters welcome; no prior yoga experience required.  Moms of multiples also welcome!  We also offer Prenatal Massage, Childbirth education, Breastfeeding education and two postnatal support groups.  We love moms-to-be!
