LinguaKids, offers French, Spanish and Chinese classes for children starting at the age of 6 months.  We offer before and after school enrichment programs in many elementary schools in CT and NY as well as small classes in Larchmont, NY and Darien, CT.
Our goal is to teach a new language, a new culture and have fun at the same time!!! LinguaKids teachers are friendly, energetic native speakers.  Your child will be completely immersed in the chosen language.

Kaia Yoga Complete Wellness Center is a state-of-the-art yoga facility located in Westport and Greenwich offering multi-level yoga classes, family yoga, and new and exciting workshops each month. Our kids' yoga classes are for all ages from infant to teen, and include balancing and breathing exercises that help them develop the ability to center and calm themselves in all situations. Kaia’s 100% organic café offers several yummy kid friendly options.  

Music, dance and drama are all about sharing and connecting with others. Whether performing together or learning from each other, the NMS community offers a unique and supportive environment for students, artists and performers to come together and share their experiences. During the school calendar year; All About Art teaches classes both inhouse and at off-site at public locations. We offer a wide range of themes for birthday parties for children ages 2-14. We welcome all ages into paint your own pottery studio where no appointment is needed. During the summer, our enrichment program is educational, flexible and FUN!

Interactive music and movement for children ages 6 months – 8 years and their families. Featuring live music, surprise characters, singing, dancing and lots of fun!

Lynn Lewis and her friends dance and sing to familiar songs and some new ones. She plays the guitar and joins the crowd with lots of interaction and movement. A conga line takes them around with some costumed characters who join in for the fun!

The Spirit Zone and The Spirit Zone "TOO" offers a variety of activities for athletes of all ages including cheerleading, gymnastics, dance, mom and tot, classes, recreational classes open gyms, private lessons, bounce castles, birthday parties and much more. With our 2 "Fully Equipped" and FUlly Air-conditioned facilities, we are able to provide high quality and SAFe instruction for all of our athletes in the program.

Just Wee Two®, created by Helen Beck and Ruth Broitman in 1982, is a fun-filled program for young children ages 8 months to 3 1/2 years and their mommies (daddies, nannies, grandparents...). Through activities such as music, arts and crafts, playtime, stories and snack, children are encouraged to explore, discover, interact and enjoy this special time in their lives. This program provides a unique opportunity for grownups to share this magical experience.

Arts from the Heart, LLC (home of Tolland County Music Together) offers family music making fun to children ages 0-7 and their grown-ups!

The Art Truck is a fully mobile art studio stocked with imaginative supplies to spark your creativity.  Step into our mobile studio and connect with your inner artist as you create your own works of art.

The Art Truck's unique projects provide participants of all ages and skill levels with materials and instruction that fuel creative thinking.  Our "Art-Tenders" work with you to ensure success and fun, And the best part is, you create and we clean up!

All programs are designed and taught exclusively by Certified Personal Trainers with experience in pre- and post-natal exercise techniques and since we're mommies ourselves, we understand the challenges of finding the time (and the energy) to exercise, as well as the unexpected temper tantrum or feeding time during class.  We offer classes 6 days a week all over Connecticut (day, evening, & weekend), so you’re sure to find a class to fit your hectic schedule.

The Museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday from 1 pm to 5 pm; closed Mondays and major holidays. Admission is $7 for adults, $6 for students up to 22 years, $6 for seniors and free for members and children under 5 years. Individual admission is free on Tuesday. Safe and gentle Prenatal Yoga offered in a welcoming, nonjudgmental and interactive atmosphere.  Four classes offered per week, including evenings and Sundays.  All trimesters welcome; no prior yoga experience required.  Moms of multiples also welcome!  We also offer Prenatal Massage, Childbirth education, Breastfeeding education and two postnatal support groups.  We love moms-to-be!
