The mission of Earthplace is to educate the community about nature and the environment. Earthplace maintains a 62 acre wildlife sanctuary with trails, contains an interactive natural history museum, houses live wildlife for public viewing and hosts many public nature programs and events.  Other activities include a state-licensed nursery school and summer camp, a wildlife rehabilitation program, and the Harbor Watch/River Watch water quality testing program.

Visit our pleasant forest trails, pond observation station,wildflower meadow and indoor history exhibits.  Native wildife rehabilitation, farm yard and exotic animals are also found at the museum.  We offer classes for individuals as well as school programs and special events.  Birthday parties with animal programs are avaiable.  Playscape and picnic area.

The Yale Peabody Museum offers a diverse range of education programs for children and adults. Education resources and curricula for select programs are also available.

Creamery Brook Bison was established as a buffalo farm in 1990. We raise buffalo on our farm in Brooklyn, CT. Buffalo meat has been described as the "original health food." Come and see how the Buffola Roam as well and enjoy a Wagon Ride, some fresh Ice Cream and maybe a burger from our grill in a picture perfect setting!
